Your mission
Looking for an exciting, hands-on operational role that gives you full business exposure and the opportunity to grow a fresh start-up into a successful market-changing business?

We are looking for a top performer, self-reliant and entrepreneurial individual to join our Elkaso team in the Middle East, based out of Riyadh. As operations manager, you will be responsible to define & build business operations, and always ensure smooth execution and work toward operational excellence

  • As operations manager at Elkaso, you will be responsible to manage & boost operations end to end targeting operational excellence. Your goal is to ensure efficiency by planning processes,  defining KPIs, develop strategies, create insights and ensure wider stakeholder alignment. 
  • You define, build & develop business operations & processes
  • You are responsible to improve key performance metrics 
  • You develop projects & initiatives in line with overall company goals 
  • You define organizational requirements & coordinate hiring
  • You support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on reports & industry trends
  • You are responsible to improve key performance metrics 
  • You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities to drive growth
Your profile
  • You have obtained a bachelor degree from a top business or engineering school 
  • 2-3 years experience in management consulting or project management in a fast-paced & international environment (ideally in operational excellence, business strategy) 
  • You are self-motivated, competitive , ambitious & adaptable with a result oriented mindset 
  • You are a digital native and multitasking wizard with a high attention to details
  • You are a strong communicator & team player 
  • Problem solver, process oriented, and with a structured approach to work and perform any kind of tasks
  • Extremely analytical, data lover and advanced excel skills 
  • Excellent organization & time management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - passionate about the start-up scene and ready to roll up your sleeves to build the next MENA success stories
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written English & Arabic skills are must
