Business Development Manager

Your mission
  • As BDM at Kaso, you will be responsible for growing the user base community by on-boarding  new restaurants & food businesses to our platform
  • You identify key decision makers, arrange meetings & assist partners from the initiation of first contact until fully operational taking full ownership of your sales funnel
  • You will be spending most of your time in the field talking to restaurant owners, chefs & procurement managers 
  • You lead the sales & onboarding process of our partners working closely with our operations team
  • You discuss potential promotions & campaigns to boost & generate sales growth 
  • You support management with important strategic insights and recommendations based on reports & industry trends
Your profile
  • You have obtained a bachelor degree
  • You are self-motivated, competitive, ambitious & adaptable with a result-oriented mindset 
  • You have experience in sales / partnerships / purchasing 
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You are a strong communicator & team player that enjoys & easily bonds with people
