Senior HORECA Sales Manager

Your mission

Oversee the existing supplier base and identify opportunities for growth that align with company goals.
Lead the sales efforts of our services to suppliers (SaaS solutions, Marketing services, Financial services, etc.)
Proactively expand the supplier network by introducing new vendors to the platform, ensuring a diverse and well-stocked assortment.
Collaborate with marketing and supply teams to develop joint marketing plans that effectively promote supplier products and services.
Implement and manage supplier scorecards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders.
Facilitate open communication and prioritize supplier queries and requests.
Actively participate in the development of supplier strategies, RFQs, and contracts.
Continuously improve supplier processes by identifying and addressing any
existing gaps.

Your profile

Minimum 5 years of sales experience at a HORECA supplier in KSA
OR 3 years of sales experience at a tech company (e.g., ERP, POS, FinTech)
Proven track record of strong sales skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to come up with ideas to extend our
product offering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple tasks,
prioritize effectively, and work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport, and effectively communicate
with suppliers at all levels to foster strong relationships.
Adaptable and agile, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong industry knowledge, such as understanding of the restaurant landscape,
consumer trends, and the impact of digital transformation within the food supply chain.
