Growth Manager

Your mission
  • Partner with the Managing Director to identify and evaluate potential new verticals and services for launch.
  • Conceptualize and develop MVP concepts to test new market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) and external stakeholders (vendors, partners) to launch new offerings.
  • Define requirements and craft compelling pitches for the Sales & Account Management team to onboard new clients.
  • Gather feedback from Sales, Account Management, and directly from clients to inform product development and iterate on new offerings.
Your profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role and fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably Consulting or Start-Up experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Eager to learn and gain experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data analysis tools.
